To become a member of TrystMag.com; (the "Service"), the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") will be applied to you (the "Subscriber"):

This first item is for Silver & Gold Memberships ONLY:
Subscriber hereby authorizes the Service to charge Subscriber's credit card for the amount listed at the top of the registration page and any additional services ordered by the Subscriber. Charges will appear on Subscriber's credit card bill as "TNMM."
Subscriber agrees to receive the Tryst Newsletter to the email address specified in the membership application. Gold & Silver members have the option to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time. If at any time a Bronze member wishes to discontinue receiving the Tryst Newsletter the subscriber can either upgrade to a Gold or Silver membership or they can cancel their membership.
Bronze members are required to place a personal ad as part of their membership. If at any time a Bronze member wishes to discontinue the running of his/her/their personal ad they can either upgrade to a Gold or Silver membership or can cancel their membership.
Gold & Silver members once expired will also be required to place a personal ad (if not done already) if they wish access to the site as a Bronze member.
Subscriptions are not transferable to any other person or entity.
Subscriber must inform Tryst; of any breach of security, loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Notify Tryst; by email. Until the Service is notified, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.
Except for public domain material, all material displayed on the Service is the copyrighted property of Tryst; and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Tryst;
All material and services on the Service are for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.
The Subscriber must be of legal age in their municipality, state, or country of origin to view and possess adult material, including sexually explicit images.
The Subscriber must not allow any minor to view or possess any materials offered by the Service.
The Subscriber must understand the laws and standards of the community in which they will be using or transporting the material offered by the Service. The Subscriber will assume all liability for violating such laws upon subscribing to the Service.
If Subscriber orders physical products for delivery via mail or other carrier service to their address, they agree to be in full compliance with local laws regarding the receipt of those materials. The Subscriber will assume all liability for violating such laws upon subscribing to the Service.
This Agreement is subject to changes made by Tryst; Notices posted to TrystMag.com web page are acknowledged as received by the Subscriber upon access to the Service. Subscriber is responsible to check for updates.

By accepting these terms, the Subscriber declares they are of legal age to use the Service in their community and understand the laws governing their community, and in all respects, are qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement. Subscriber hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tryst, it's employees, representatives, officers, and assignees harmless from any liability from Subscriber & non-compliance to this Agree mentor any other local, provincial, state, federal, or international ordinances, statutes, or laws. Minors will not be allowed access to the Service or its products. Subscriber has not requested the Postal Service or anyone else to protect them from the receipt of the sexually oriented material available at this site. Subscriber declares under penalty of perjury that they are not a member of any local, provincial, state, national or international law enforcement agency or postal inspector requesting the Service for the purpose of entrapment or investigation.
