I also swear that all photographic material sent to Sandi's Tryst Magazine for scanning is of consenting adults over the legal age. We/I further certify that we/I are/am not a law enforcement officer or have any reason to attempt to utilize these services against Sandi's Tryst Magazine in any legal action. Delivery of any photographic material to Sandi's Tryst Magazine for scanning constitutes an agreement with the undersigned that if the material is damaged or lost by Sandi's Tryst Magazine even due to negligence or other fault, it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed photographic material. Except for the said replacement, our handling of photographic material is without warranty or liability.
